The unique RUN-FLOW airflow technology has been adopted in the system, which can guarantee the consistency of airflow condition at different points in the side of smokehouse to the utmost extent, and ensure the products processed under a controllable and uniform status. The goal of satisfactory output with high efficiency and low cost can be realized.

The RYMP control system is developed based on programmable technology, and the RYPC control system based on PC together with touch screen interface make effective management and control for process control possible. Users can set particular processing program according to products needed and adjust production process flexibly, and meantime, user can also record detailed processing data, use central control and remote diagnosis and maintenance.

For different requirements of smoke generating, we supply traditional sawdust-fried system, external/internal woodchip-fried system and liquid generating system.

The utilization efficiency of energy has been greatly improved by using modified heat exchange system of steam, reliable door sealing structure and insulation wall of high performance polyurethane. User may choose steam-heating/electric-heating/oil-heating/gas-heating for energy source.

Solid full-welded structure is made of stainless steel, and has convenient design for using trolley; high performance cleaning system and mutual interlocking gear for cooked/uncooked areas are all in compliance with the requirements of HACCP code.
