Function and working principle:RGR-30V vacuum tumbler is specially developed for small batch of meat of many kinds of livestock and poultry and technological test. Under vacuum condition, raw meat will be kneaded, threshed and held by rotating paddleand that will accelerate the brine infiltration and the dissolving and extraction
of parapeptone. By this method, the product ratio will be improved and cooking loss reduced. By tumbling, the time of preserving process will be shortened and meat quality improved.
